Texas Music's resident adventure-seeker, Roger Creager, is at it again this week. Creager is in Pamplona, Spain this week with his friends, and they are running with the bulls.
This week history was made here in Texas, as Sunny Sweeney took "My Bed" to the top of the Texas charts. You may recall "Bad Girl Phase," too, went to the top towards the end of 2014. This marks the first time a female singer has had two consecutive No. 1's in Texas. Congrats, Sunny! If you haven't gotten your hands on her album "Provoked" yet, do.
Throughout the history of "Texas Music" there have been certain artists that stepped forward as... "leaders" per-say. These leaders made headway for the rest of our favorite artists. In the beginning, we had Pat Green, Cory Morrow and Roger Creager step up, followed by Randy Rogers, Wade Bowen etc etc etc.
Roger Creager has a new single out -- and this is one summertime song any Texan can relate to -- "River Song." Along with it's release Roger needs your pics for the accompanying lyric video.
Last week Roger Creager went to the top of the Texas charts with something like his 121st consecutive single. This week he looks to keep "For You I Do" at the top, but to do it he'll have to hold off JB and the Moonshine Band and Granger Smith, both hot on his heals for that No. 1 spot. Who's at the top? Let’s find out.
After enjoying his first stint at the top of the Texas charts, this week William Clark Green sees some big jumps from both Roger Creager and JB and the Moonshine Band, both hot on his heals for that No. 1 spot. Who's at the top? Let’s find out.
