III. RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

1	Lubbock Chamber of Commerce Business Expo	Stations manned a booth at the Business Expo. All 6 Townsquare Media were media sponsors of the event. Station Manager and DOS were on hand to take applications and answer recruitment questions. 05/12/2011
2	Texas Tech University	General Manager spoke to an incoming class of Advertising students about the career opportunities in Radio and openings at our stations. 01/15/2012
3	Texas Tech University	The stations attended a Job Fair hosted by Texas Tech Media Dept. We took applications for sales and programming. 04/15/2011
4	South Plains Jr. College	General Manager spoke to students about careers in radio and gave applications out after the meeting. While there we took applications for a Board Operators. 08/21/2011
5	Station Intern Program	In the Fall of 2011 the stations had 1 intern from Texas Tech University. The intern rotated thru all the stations assisting in programming and Digital media. She received school credits for completing the internships. 10/30/2011
6	Radio Station Online Virtual Job Fair	From June 2011 to the present, the radio stations have hosted an online job fair on all 6 station websites. We have recruited for a Production Director, AE, Live Event person, and a Board Op on the sites. 06/01/2011- 03/31/2012
7	Texas Tech University	General Manager spoke to a class of Mass Communication students. He answered questions about opportunities at our stations. GM gave applications out to students interested in applying for programming positions. 10/27/2011
8	South Plains College Career Expo	Stations manned a booth at the Expo. Digital Editor and DOS talked to students about our intern program and gave out employment applications. 10/25/2011
