Opinions Vary on Toddler with Padded Bra and Rear End [VIDEO]

There's a phenomenon for some parents to get their children involved in pageants at an early age. Some people feel this pushes the child into a world that's too adult-like. A recent episode of TLC's "Toddlers and Tiaras" shows one tiny contestant, Maddy, with a padded chest and rear end. The purpose is to enhance her "Dolly Parton" routine. The kid is four years old! And of course has underdeveloped breasts and rear end. TLC says Maddy liked her "boobies" and she thinks she looks cute! What's your opinion? Is this too much participation in being an adult?
