Buffalo Springs Lake Wing Cook Off [PICS]

I was lucky enough to be a part of the BBQ Brisket Final judging that included 21 contestants. Some of the finest BBQ brisket I have ever tasted, smelled, touched and eaten was passed before me at a records pace. With new plastic wear for each one being sampled, with a multitude of judges, makes for a lot of plastic-wear. Red Grapes, Pickles and plain crackers were also served to "clean the palate" between each tasting. You could literally see the judges doing the final Wing judging sweat as they paced themselves through the finals of the Best Wings. The only thing that was missing was a great BBQ sauce.
