16th Annual Wade Bowen Classic

Mark your calendars for June 1, 2014 for the 16th Annual Wade Bowen Classic in Waco, Texas - Wade's hometown!

Over 200 golfers will come out to participate in the festival style concert and 2-man scramble at $200 per golfer.  And in the past, this entry slots have sold out fast so it is advised that you register early!  Registration starts Friday, Feb. 28th and a link will be posted soon on the Wade Bowen Classic website.

Why does Wade Bowen put this golf tournament on every year?  According to his website:

Wade & his wife Shelby have started their own foundation to raise money for kids in need and charitable organizations that are close to their hearts. In the past four years the Bowen Classic has raised close to a million dollars for charities that help children. Wade & Shelby not only want to raise money for these types of organizations, they also want to create awareness and support for these charities and those who turn to these organizations for help, in Wade’s hometown of Waco, TX.
