In the script for the musical, "Gypsy", there's a song with a line I love to use, "You gotta have a gimmick". Check this little story out. Author Olga Horvat has documented evidence of how the lives of her family turned upside-down when they adopted a toy poodle, Princess, in 2006. Horvat's book, "Paranormal Pooch", is now available and shows how things started to go awry. For instance the family's home was hit by a massive $7,000 bedbug infestation, her husband had a serious auto accident, and her daughter got expelled from the third grade. The expulsion happened when she used put on a rubber glove to hold the hand of a Muslim classmate, an act deemed racist, but this site says the child blames it on a voice she heard in her head. Horvat, by the way, just so happens to be offering a pendant you can purchase for $197 which will ward off evit spirits. The pendant can also be purchased for your animal for $189! Amazing, huh? By what he leaves on my carpet at times, I'm beginning to wonder if my maltese, Brimley, might be possessed. Hmmmmm. On second thought, I think Olga's found a gimmick.
