Thompson Squares Continues to Cancel Shows

With only one of two voices in the Thompson Square duo healthy enough to sing the couple continues to cancel shows.

On May 29 Thompson Square cancelled 4 of their up coming shows due a vocal illness Kiefer has been battling. Now they up to 8 cancelled shows and nobody is sure yet just how long they will be out.

When they initially broke the news on their website to fans Kiefer explained that doctors had asked him to go on complete vocal rest a few weeks before then. However neither Kiefer nor Shawna wanted to let down their fans so when Kiefer wasn’t on stage he was on complete vocal rest.

Unfortunately later the doctors came back and asked him to go on complete vocal rest-meaning no performances either. So far they are only continuing to cancel shows until Kiefer is able to perform.
