Once again it's time for Thirsty Thursday and one of country music's great drinkin songs. This one comes from an artist who's nickname was the "Country Caruso."

Johnny Bush is a legend in the Lone Star state. He's played in Willie Nelson's band in the early 60's and also was a member of Ray Price's band "The Cherokee Cowboys."

Bush is probably best know for writing the hit song "Whiskey River" which was a top ten hit for both him and Willie Nelson.

If you ask anyone about Johnny Bush, not only will "Whiskey River" come to mind, there is another song that will get folks on the dance floor to scoot a boot and knock down a cold one.

Here's Johnny Bush and "Green Snakes On The Ceiling."
