A dead climate satellite that has been circling the Earth for more than 20 years is going to make a fiery death plunge into the Earth's atmosphere sometime this week with some pieces of the six and a half ton spacecraft expected to hit ground at some point according to officials at NASA. The Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite (UARS) will likely plummet down to the Earth sometime Friday the 23rd according to NASA's latest calculations. The odds that the UARS might actually hit somebody is down to 1 in 3,200.
