Here's your chance to feel better about yourself! February 27 through March 2 is the "Feed Your Body and Soul Week" at Texas Tech University. There will be a series of events aimed at raising awareness on improving your lifestyle and eating habits. Coming up Sunday, you can get your heart started on a healthy road with Zumba classes at the Student Recreation Center at 7;15 p.m. On Tuesday, there's a special food fair with free food samples. On Wednesday all belly-dancers(or wannabes) are invited to belly-dancing at 5:30 p.m. again at the Student Rec. Center.

Following that bit of exercise, at 6:45 p.m., will be the screening of the movie, "Thin", telling the story of four women struggling with eating disorders. Thursday, Mar. 1, at 7 p.m., is celebration time with testimonials of breaking free from an eating disorder and free t-shirts available while they last. For more information on this contact Klinton Hobbs, staff psychologist, Texas Tech University, at this site or 806-742-3674.
