Severe U.S. Weather Warning [VIDEO]

As the severe weather exploded onto the national radar maps Saturday, a newer, more extreme weather warning was heard again, but not since the tornado break-out during 2006 when it was heard the very first time. The National Weather Service in 2006 began using much more scary terminology. The new words included "mass devastation," "Unsurvivable," and "catastrophic." The warnings were being experimented with in Kansas and Missouri. Where before only minutes of warning were given before the huge storms struck, now, up to 24 hours advance warning is given with the Severe U.S. Weather Warnings.
