Tonight (May 8 ) is the night that fans of ‘The Voice‘ have been waiting for — the Season 2 finale! But even if you haven’t followed every second of this season’s competition, country fans will want to tune in to catch the television debut of Lady Antebellum‘s newest single, ‘Wanted You More.’

‘Wanted You More’ is the fourth single from the trio’s Grammy award-winning album, ‘Own the Night.’ The famous vocal group released the song for country radio airplay on Monday, and judging by the success of the album, this third single is sure to take over the airwaves in no time. ‘Wanted You More’ was actually written while the band lived on the road during a tour, and the melody contains the influence of dozens of pit stops and sound checks.

“One of the added benefits of being out on the road so much is the time it gives us during the day to write,” said Lady A’s Dave Haywood in a press release. “The three of us love writing together, but it’s always special when something starts organically with the guys in our band.”

Lady Antebellum will join a star-studded line-up — including Justin Bieber, Daryl Hall and John Oates, and Flo Rida — during the season’s final episode. The finale will also reveal the winner of the entire season. Although Blake Shelton has done all that he can to stress that he thinks his singer, Jermaine Paul, will take home the crown, fellow coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine are hoping for a win with their contestants, too.

Last night, Shelton took the stage beside Paul to perform ‘Soul Man,’ while his hopeful also delivered a copy of the country hit ‘God Gave Me You.’ Tonight, tune in to ‘The Voice’ at 9PM ET catch Lady A’s new single — and find out who will win the grand prize on the show.
