Dolly’s Husband is the Most Important Person in her Life [VIDEO]

Dolly Parton has been in the business about fifty years and has been married to Carl Dean, meeting at the Wishy Washy Laundromat 45 years ago. He has always been a constant. She tells "Contact Music" that he's the most important person in her life.

Dolly says even though he's not seen much around all the concert buzz, his presence is felt. Some reports are that he's seen her perform once.

"Carl's never wanted to be in the limelight, so I didn't put him there. He wants to be left alone and be a homebody and then hear about what I've been up to when I get back. He's my anchor and I'm his excitement."

Their 45th anniversary was May 30. Three days before that on the 27th, Dolly performed this great new song on "Ellen".
