Dirty Car? Get It Washed By Kids Headed To The Rose Bowl

In the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California in January, there will be more than 500 Lubbock Independent School District students marching. They have been invited to participate as the only band from Texas. So, this weekend the students from all four Lubbock ISD high school bands are raising funds at Quick Quack Car Wash on 80th and University. The event will last from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, July 23rd. Check this website out to find out about this or other fundraising activities of the Lubbock Marching Band.
