One of the most sought-after entertainers in Country music is Darius Rucker who is staying busy with concerts around the country. Just check out his website. And because of the versatility of his voice adapting to different music genre, Rucker has a benefit gig of legendary songs February 13 that he'll handle with confidence and it's sure to please.

The event will be at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center, benefiting a South Carolina children's hospital. MSUC Children's Hospital is one of the top children's hospitals in the country, specializing in pediatric heart and heart surgery. The front man for Hootie and the Blowfish will be backed by a Big Band and singing the songs of ol' blue eyes--Frank Sinatra! Aw, to be a fly on the wall.

As well as singing special benefit concerts, he says his new album is written and will be ready for release by the middle of the year. And it's a sure bet that at the February 13 'Sinatra sing', a consummate performer like Darius Rucker will give his all. Here's one of his hits that's become one of my favorites.
