Citibus Offers Free Rides Tuesday to Celebrate Start of 34th Street Renovation

The public's invited to a special ribbon-cutting by city officials set for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at 34th and Flint, with goodie bags being passed out. There's renovation to begin soon on 34th street which take about two years to complete.

To kick it all off free bus rides will be offered! You can catch the freebie on any of the seven city buses that have the headsign, "34th Street Route", Tuesday from 5:35 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

There's new bus artwork featuring logos of over 20 businesses from 34th Street, and several of the businesses are holding an "Orange Cone Shopping Spree."
