John is no stranger to music. In-fact, at age 15 he and his band "Radish" formed with friend Ben Kweller (now a famous rocker) got their first record deal. John has been on Letterman, Conan, toured Japan, opened for major bands like the Foo Fighters, Incubus, did a Lollapaloza tour with Snoop Dog, Tool, Metallica, performed at Austin City Limits and much, much more.

Stepping out on his own a few years ago with his own band, "The Dumb Angels," the guys produced a video for a song called "My Girl" which became the CMT.com pick of the week and was added to CMT's Pure Country Rotation. Check out "My Girl" and see John David Kent soon at the Blue Light on historic Buddy Holly Blvd.
