At last night's Emmy Awards, it was the first meeting of two men who've made headlines in TV news in recent months. We're talking about Charlie Sheen formerly from "Two and a Half Men" and his replacement, Ashton Kutcher. And from Charlie's perspective it was good. He tweeted a two-shot photo along with, "Giving the new kid a little advice! With @aplusk (Ashton Kutcher) backstage at the Emmy's....We'll all be watching! Make us proud!"

And what was Charlie doing on the scene since he had been fired from the hit show for several incoherent rants? He was presenting the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy award, which went, by the way to Jim Parsons from CBS's "The Big Bang Theory". The Sheen/Kutcher competition continues tonight with "Two and a Half Men" up against Comedy Central's roast of Charlie. Let's just hope we don't take either of these guys as seriously as they're taking themselves.
