We'll find out who makes the best buffalo wings next weekend when the 8th Annual State Championship Buffalo Wing Cook Off takes place at Buffalo Springs Lake.

It will take place on Friday and Saturday, April 13th and 14th.

Not only are wings being cooked up but there are other categories that include beef brisket, pork spare ribs and chicken.

This cook off is sanctioned by the International BBQ Cookers Association. Are you ready for this. The guaranteed pay-out is $10,000. It's the biggest pay-out in West Texas.
