Count Barack Obama among those who want to see an ‘Entourage’ movie happen. In fact, the President would be willing to make a cameo appearance opposite Vince, Ari and the boys if that increases the likelihood of the film getting made.

According to a message ‘Entourage’ star Adrian Grenier  posted to his Facebook wall, Obama confessed his love for Vince, E, Turtle and Drama’s antics when they ran into each other recently.

I promised to make the Entourage movie if he would do a cameo. He agreed. Seriously.”

‘Entourage’ ended its run on HBO last year after eight seasons of babes and bros “hugging it out.” But show creator Doug Ellin, along with both Grenier and producer Mark Walhberg, have confirmed they are developing a movie.

While past Presidents have made appearances as themselves on shows like ‘Arsenio’ (Clinton) and ‘Fishing with Roland Martin’  (George W. Bush), showing up in a scripted movie while still in office would be unprecedented. The closest parallel we can think of is Gerald Ford, who appeared on an episode ‘Saturday Night Live’ during his presidency in 1976.

What do you think of Obama popping up in the ‘Entourage’ movie? And do you want an ‘Entourage’ movie for that matter? Or are you content not knowing what Ari’s wife and that annoying director guy who always hangs out at Vince’s place are up to?
